Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-137
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 904/004/007
49TH AVE./51ST AVE./10TH AVE. UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 11, dated March 1, 1982, for Nodland
Associates, Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on'Request
for payment No. 11 in the amount of $51,026.58 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for
Project 904/004/007.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Hoyt, Moen and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: nope
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
