Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minn ota was he -7d on the
15th day of March , 19 82. The following members were

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-135
CONFIRMING ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
GLACIER LANE FROM 27TH AVENUE TO 28TH PLACE - PROJECT NO. 204
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 82-38 of the City Council adopted the 18th day of
January 1982, Project No. 204 (Glacier Lane from 27th Avenue to 28th Place)
was ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution No. 82-870; and
WHEREAS, the City Council determined that additional area would benefit from
said improvement and by Resoltuion No. 82-98 adopted the 22nd day of February
1982 established an additional public hearing for this benefited area; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the
15th day of March 1982, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Project No. 204 (Glacier Lane from 27th Avenue to 28th Place) as
ordered by Resolution No. 82-38 is reconfirmed without any amendment to said
Resolution.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor ereo : Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Hoyt, Moen and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
