Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t}e 1st day of
March , 19 82, The following members were present:Ma.vor Davenport.
COuncilmembers Hoyt, Moen Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Qnun�ilmpmber Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 132
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
PROJECT NO. 920
COUNTY ROAD NO. 9/JUNEAU LANE WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, the City has undertaken Project No. 920; and
WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvements certain permanent and temporary
easements are required; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expedient in the interest
of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the City
of Plymouth for the City to acquire said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation
proceedings for Project No. 920 for the following described easements over the
following described parcels:
PARCEL 1:
That part of Government Lot 3, Section 16, Township 118, Range 22 lying North of
County Road No. 9, including accretions thereto.
Description of Easements:
A permanent easement for street and utility purposes over, under, across and
through the North 7 feet of the South 40 feet of the above decribed parcel. And
A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under, across and through
the North 10 feet of the South 50 feet of the above described parcel.
PARCEL 2:
The Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 16, Township 118, Range 22,
except that part lying South of the right-of-way of County Road No. 9.
Description of Easements:
A permanent easement for street and utility purposes lying over, under, across
and through the North 7.0 feet of the South 40 feet of the above-described parcel.
And
A temporary easement for construction purposes lying over, under, across and
through the North 10 feet of the South 50 feet of the above described parcel.

PARCEL 3:
The Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, except the South 15 rods of the East 16
rods thereof, Section 16, Township 118, Range 22.
Description of Easements:
A permanent easement for street and utility purposes over, under, across and
through that part of the North 110 feet of the above described parcel lying East
of the West 33 feet thereof and lying West of a line described as follows: Commenc-
ing at the Northwest corner of said Northeast quarter of Northeast quarter; thence
on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 48 minutes 39 seconds East along the
North line of said Northeast quarter of Northeast quarter of Section 16 a distance
of 42.64 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence Southerly
111.44 feet along a non-tangential curve concave to the East having a central angle
of 13 degrees 02 minutes 22 seconds and a radius of 489.67 feet, the chord of said
curve bears South 5 degrees 41 minutes 19 seconds West, and there terminating. And
A temporary easement for construction purposes 25 feet in width over, under, across
through the above described property. The West line of said temporary construction
easement being same said line described above as East line of above said permanent
easement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by __C4uncilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
10 following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
ogp, Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
