HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-130CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held Ton 1st day of March , 19 82. The following members were present Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider and Threinen The following members were5a ent: none Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 130 AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS PROJECT NO. 117 PILGRIM LANE - 26TH AVE. TO NATHAN LANE WHEREAS, the City has undertaken Project No. 117; and WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvements certain permanent and temporary easements are required; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expedient in the interest of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Plymouth for the City to acquire said easements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation proceedings for Project No. 117 for the following described easements over the following described parcel: Description of Parcel: 25-118-22-12-13, Block 8, Lot 14, rearrangement in Medicine Lake Park Third Division Description of Easement: A temporary construction easement for slope purposes over the south- westerly fifteen (15) feet of the above described parcel. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Council ember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted to favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt Moen, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. t,tr *w,w ww*
