Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he7d -on
1st day of March , 19 82 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmen ers Ho t, Moen, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were a sent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
move its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 127
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PROJECT 210 - WELL NO. 7
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passes by the City Council on DecP:;fiber 21,
1981, the consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.,
has prepared plans and specifications with respect for the improvement of
Well No. 7 to be located along the south side of 21st Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be insterted in the
official paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement
for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved
plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published
for three days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state
that bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on
Friday, April 9, 1982, at which time they will be publicly opened
in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center building at
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Manager
and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filod with
the City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check,
bid bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five
percent of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Moen Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe& and adopted.
