The following members were present ,dor Davenlrt, CouncMRFgersHoyt.-Men, Schneider and Threinen follow •t• were aosent: none Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-126 RESOLUTI`)N ACCEPTING BID PRO. ECT NO. 901 NORTH CENTRAL INTERCEPTOR S NER, WEST MEDICINE LAKE LATERAL SEWER AND COUNTY ROAD 9 WATERMAIN WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the follow- ing improvements: 1. North Central Interceptor Sewer 2. West Medicine Lake Lateral Sewer 3. S. Mc an that Nor Waste $570,92.89 Construction o. is the lowest responsible bidder; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Northdale Construction Co. of Osseo, Minnesota in the name of the City of Plymouth, for the construction of Projects 901 in the amount of $416,328.01. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. 3. The award of this contract is subject to the Hennepin County Park Reserve District granting the City the necessary easements at its March 4, 1982 Board The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded byeeting.
