the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was held on the

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

PRO. ECT NO. 901
NORTH CENTRAL INTERCEPTOR S NER, WEST MEDICINE LAKE LATERAL SEWER AND
COUNTY ROAD 9 WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the follow-
ing improvements:
1. North Central Interceptor Sewer
2. West Medicine Lake Lateral Sewer
3. County Road 9 Watermain
AND, WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with Northdale Construction Co. of Osseo, Minnesota in
the name of the City of Plymouth, for the construction of Projects 901 in
the amount of $416,328.01.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been signed.
3. The award of this contract is subject to the Hennepin County Park Reserve
District granting the City the necessary easements at its March 4, 1982 Board
