Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinn_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d Fon
1st day of March , 19 82. The following members were
present: Movor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt. Moen. Schneider and Threinen
The following memoirs were absent: none
Cqupcilmgmber Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 124
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT 017, PHASE III, SHELTER BUILDING
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS - ZACHARY PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to Zachary Playfield Shelter:
1. Change door to 6' wide
2. Seal around vent stack
3. Seal beams
4. Increase heater grill size
5. Change locks
6. Add grill behind drinking fountain
7. Add astrogal under door
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Phase III, Shelter is recommended
for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Phase III, Shelter adding
$1193.70 is approved and the original contract price of $103,040.00 is revised
to $104,233.70.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votedn avor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Moen Schneider and Threinen
The following vote against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
