Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Mi nesota was heldon the
1st day of March , 19 82. The following members were
present MclyQr Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider and Threinen

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-123
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 208
34TH AVENUE WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted October 5, 1981, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to watermain improvements on 34th Avenue from Fernbrook Lane to the east side
of I-494; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of watermain and all neces-
sary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 21, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
of $202,466.95.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 5th day of April, 1982 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the
Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coun ilmember Threinen 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
folwing voted n favorthereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Moen SchneideL and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
