The following members were embers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider and Threinen rs were aosent: none Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-122 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOT 6, BLOCK 3, SEVEN PONDS EAST ADDITION Whereas, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the City has received a petition for a vacation of the following utility and drainage easement: The East 3.00 feet of the West 20.00 feet of Lot 6, Block 3, Seven Ponds East except the South 6.00 feet and the North 10.00 feet thereof; according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, said 20.00 feet is described as a permanent easement for utility purposes per Document No. 1276165. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 5, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule- vard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Thi-einen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen Schneider and Threinen The following voted against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
