Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held ori—the 1st day of March 1982.
The following members were present: _ Mayo -r Davenport. C.ounci 1_members Hoyt.
Moen. Schneider and Threinen_

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-120
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR "SHILOH ESTATES" FOR LARRY LARSON (81053)
WHEREAS, Don Myron has requested approval of the Final Plat for "Shiloh Estates" for
Larry Larson, a plat for two lots located generally southwest of County Road 24 and
30th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT IEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Don Myron for Final
Plat approval for "Shiloh Estates" for Larry Larson, a plat of two existing
residential lots located generally southwest of County Road 24 and 30th Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken t
