Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of March . 1982.

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 117
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LAND FOR DICO ENTERPRISES,
INCORPORATED (A-475)
WHEREAS, DICO, Enterprises, 1605 County Road 18 North, has requested a consolidation
of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the followinq consolidation and
that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County:
Tract A Registered Land Survey 1376 and Tract B Reqlstered Land Survey 1376
To be consolidated into a single parcel.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmer,2ber Threinen , and upon vote being taken t er�eon,t ih
following voted In favor thereof: Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider and Threinen
he fo lowing voted against or abstained: Mayor Davenport
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
