Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22nd day of February , 1982 . The following members were
present:Mayor Davenport, Councilmem_bers Hoyt, Moen. Schneider and Threinen
The following members were a sent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moveditsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-115
AMENDING COUNTY ROAD 61/I-494 CORRIDOR STUDY
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. to extend
the County Road 61/I-494 corridor study northerly to County Road 10; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposal and determined that the
study as proposed should be undertaken;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. be and the same is hereby
authorized to amend the County Road 61/I-494 Corridor Study as outlined in
their January 21, 1982 proposal at a cost not to exceed $16,500.00 as pre-
scribed in their cost summary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that not more than $16,500.00 be appropriated from
the City's MSA fund to finance this addition to the study.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Thre nen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote In avor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Moen and Threinen
