Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinq of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of February . 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Counci lmembdrrs"A3y1c, -MM. —
Schneider and Threinen _

Councilmember Hoyt _ introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-114
RESOLUTION REDUCING CERTAIN REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATIONS
IN THE ADOPTED 1982 GENERAL FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended reductions in the City's Shade Tree Disease
Control Program because of anticipated rvenue reductions; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the Manager's report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the City Council hereby preliminarily approves the following
reductions In the Shade Tree Disease Control Budget:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby directed to return to the City
Council on March 1 with proposed General Fund Budget reductions.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote beinq taken thereon th
