Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22nd day of February , 1982 . The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82 - 109
APPROVING CIGARETTE LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, application for renewal of Cigarette License has been received
from Plymouth Standard in accordance with Chapter XI, Section 1150.01 of
the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License application from Plymouth
Standard, 10910 Highway 55, Plymouth, Minnesota be approved for the period
February 22, 1982 through December 31, 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon Yote being taken thereon, the
