HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-108CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call ani not'ce thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of t -e City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of ____ February , 19 82. The following members were present: Mayor Davenpert, Councilmembers Moen. Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82 - 108 APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR POUNDKEEPER DUTIES WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth maintains its own animal enforcement agents, and WHEREAS, it is necessary on occasion to impound animals according to State and Local laws, and WHEREAS, the keeping and disposition of said animals must be done in an appropriate and humane manner; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF . PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City entered into a formal agreement with the Funk Animal Hospital for the Poundkeeper duties prescribed under pertinent state statutes and local ordinance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen. Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
