Pursuant to due Call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Qou:cil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota res held on the 22nd day of
February , 1982. The following members were pc+esent: Ma.vor Davenport,
Councilmembers Moen Schneider and Threinen Zthe following members were
absent: Councilmember Hoyt •
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
option:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 107
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT GOND
WIND RIDGE AT BASS LAKE (A-755)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 24, 1978,
Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Wind Ridge at Bass Lake (A-755),
has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHE1MM, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bond requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit which was previously reduced to $14,700 be further
reduced to $9,100 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street constructions and concrete curb and gutter
are accepted as of February 22, 1982 for continual maintenance subject to the
one year guarantee by the developer.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
