HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-106CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of February , 1982. The following members were presentflayor Davenport, Gp er5 Moen hnieder and Threinen The following members were absen CCouncilmember Hoyt Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 106 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND WEST RIDGE ESTATES 2ND ADDITION (A-745) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 1, 1979, Laukka and Associates, developer of West Ridge Estates 2nd Addition (A-745), has aqreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bond requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaninq Erosion Control Site Grading Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT 57,300 -0- 44,550 -0- 22,060 -0- 8,400 4,000 1,500 -0- 600 600 1,500 1,500 1,500 500 38,700 -0- 28,702.20 1,000 $267,887.20 $7,600 That the letter of credit which was previously reduced to 519,124 be further reduced to $7,600 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and qutter is accepted as of February 22, 1982 for continual maintenance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider and THreinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
