Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota washe d on the
22nd day of Februar , 1982 . The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-101
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DEEP 14ELL PUMP NO. 6
PROJECT NO. 012
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated January 27, 1982, for Lee Richert
Plumbing & Heating Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Andelik &
Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department be authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $10,900.81 to Lee Richert Plumbing & Hearing
Co. for Project 012.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ber Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
