the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d Ton

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-99
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 812 - PUMPHOUSE NO. 5
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Pumphouse No. 5:
1. Install 12" P.V.C. conduit with 19 pair wire from Water Plant
handhole to 23rd Avenue handhole.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Project 812 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 812 adding $4,118.51 is approved
. and the existing contract price of $78,678.14 is revised to $82,796.65.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an adopted—.
