The following members were present:Maor Daven ort,out ncil memmtiers 6en-79chneider and Threinen The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and move2 its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-98 RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 204 GLACIER LANE FROM 27TH AVENUE TO 28TH PLACE WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 4, 1981, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvement of Glacier Lane from 27th Avenue to 28th Place; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 21, 1981; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: I. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $105,450.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 15th day of March, 1982 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth Cit; Council at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the Toliowing voted n ravor thdreoff-: Mayor Davenport, Councilmenbers Moen, 5Qhneigor and Threinen ins Tollowing voted against or abstained: none MhereuDen the Resolution was declared duly passed7and adopted.
