Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota, was held on the
22nd day of February , 19 82. The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTICN NO. 82-95
A RESOLUTION SETTING 1982 BOARD OF REVIEW HEARING DATE
FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WRFMAS, state statute requires that the City Council meet at least once
between April 1 and July 1 as the Board of Review;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, that it should and hereby does schedule the 1982 Board of Review
meeting for Tuesday, June 1, 1982, commencing at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council
. Chambers of the City Center Building, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard; and
FURTHER, does hereby direct the City Clerk to publish a legal notice of said
meeting in the City's official newspaper not less than ten (10) days prior to
the scheduled meeting.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Wen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport o n ilm mharc Moen_,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
