Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he�wld on the
22nd day of February , 19 82 - The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 94
RECEIVING PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION nF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - COUNTY ROAD 6 BETWEEN OLIVE LANE AND PEONY LANE
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the property owners requesting
installation of ornamental residentail street lighting on County Road 6 between
Olive Lane and Peony Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of County Road 6 between Olive
Lane and Peony Lane, filed with the City Council on February 22, 1982, is here-
with received.
2. The petition is not signed by 100% of the affected property owners and will
require public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with
some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recom-
mended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoUnci_lmem4er Moen 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favorthereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.—
