Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-93
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - DEERHAVEN ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the owner of Deerhaven Addition
requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the
Deerhaven Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Deerhaven Addition by
the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the
City Council on February 22, 1982, is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declara-
tion is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 420.035.
The petition is sinned by 100% of the affected property owners and they
have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment
hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with
some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recom-
mended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote bein taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, C�ouncilmembers Moen,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
