Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinn_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he—Td Fon
22nd day of February '19 82. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-90
ORDERING PROJECT NO. 201
BROCKPAHLER ADDITION - 41ST AVENUE
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 5, 1981, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.
with respect to the improvements on 41st Avenue in the Brockpahler Addition by
the construction of watermains, sanitary sewer, streets, storm sewer and
necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 21, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposedin the Council resolution
adopted October 5, 1981. The petitioner has waived his right to a
public hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated
as the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote bein taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.--
