Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of February . 198?_
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider

Co4ncilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 88
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND RELATED TO OF LOT DIVISION FOR DAVID
CRANE (81071)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division of platted property for David
Crane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing the Lot Division with Hennepin County:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of fees -in -lieu of Park Dedication for one single-family
lot in accordance with the City Park Dedication Policy in effect
at the time of filing.
3. Filing shall be subject to authorization by the City Attorney in
consideration of the pending proceedings to register the subject
property.
4. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
5. Compliance with the City Council Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding
minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or
containing open storm water drainage facilities.
6. No building permit to be issued for Parcel B until the Lot Division is
filed with Hennepin County.
7. As-builts surveys be submitted prior to issuance of Certificate of
Occupancy.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counciimember Schneider 'and upon vote being taken thereon, t
following v!ted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
