Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Oouncil of
10 the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on—O — nd day of February 1982.

Councilmember Schneider introduoed the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 82- 86
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR "PLYMOUTH CENTER 2ND ADDITION" FOR CITY OF PLYMOUTH (A-94)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested Final Plat approval for "Plymouth Center
2nd Addition" located at the northwest corner of Plymouth Boulevard and 34th Avenue;
and,
WREREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TETE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYNKX M,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of the City of Plymouth
for Final Plat of "Plymouth Center 2nd Addition".
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seoonded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o voted in favor thereof :---Wayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider
and Threinen
The ug votied against or tamed: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
