Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of the City Oouncil of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held an the 22nd day of February . 1982.
The following mmdxws were Present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider
and Threinen _
The following members were t: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-84
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING FINAL PLAT FOR "BROCKPAHLER ADDITION"

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for David Brockpahler for the
"Brockpahler Addition" and a Development Contract therefore;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLWIOU'1li,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following conditions to be
met prior to filing Final Plat for "Brockpahler Addition" with Hennepin County.
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved
by the City Engineer.
3. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accord-
ance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final
Plat.
4. Submittal to and approval by City Attorney of appropriate legal
documents establishing a covenant be placed on Lot 7 to restrict
future subdivision to one possible additional lot with full
ordinance dimensions and street frontage, subject to City Ordinance
requirements at the time of the proposed division.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seoanded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followiM voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenpc,•t, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider
