Pursuant bo due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Oouncil of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held ca the 22nd day of February . 1982.
The foll"ing members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider
and Threinen
The following members were t: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 83
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CON'T'RACT FOR "BROCKPAHLER ADDITION" FOR DAVID
BROCCKPAHLER (80046)
WHEREAS, David Brockpahler has requested approval of the Final Plat for "Brockpahler
Addition" a plat for nine single family dwelling lots located northeast of Juneau
Lane and County Iniad 9 intersection and a Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOtTPH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of David Brockpahler
for Final Plat approval of "Brockpahler Addition" a plat for nine single family lots
located northeast of Juneau Lane and County Iniad 9 intersection;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:ayor avenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider
and Threinen
