Pursuant bo due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held an the 22nd day of

Cout)ci lmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 82-82
ADC)PTING RESOLUTION
SANITARY SFI%TP AND 4A%TER AREA - RIDGECRF.Sr 2ND ADDITION
PROJECT ND. 220
WHF.RFAS, in conformance with the development contract, we have received a waiver
of assessment hearing from the property owner of Ridge -crest 2nd Addition waiving
their right to special assessment hearings covering the installation of sanitary
sewer trunk facilities, water trunk facilities and all other appurtenances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVM- BY Tt1F CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
r_YMOU`Ili, MINNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment
against the lands named therein and each tract of land therein included is
hereby buund to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of
the assessment levied against it.
so2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments expending over
a period of 5 years, the first of the installments to be payable on or
before the first Mondav in January 1983 and shall bear interest at the rate
of 8% per annum from the date of adoption of this assessment resolution. To
the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from
the date of this resolution until December 31, 1983. 'Ib each subsequent
installment, when due shall be added interest of one year on all unpaid
installments.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certifica-
tion of the assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the
assessment on suc;i property with interest accrued to the date of payment to
the City Treasurer, except that no interest shall be charged if the entire
assessment is paid within thirty days from the adoption of this resolution;
and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to the City Finance Director the
entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid with interest accrued to
December 31 of the year in which the payment is made.
4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment
to the County Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the
County and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same
manner as other municipal taxes.
S. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this resolution is $6,389.30.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci lmember Hot , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
voted in twmr thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
