the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of February . 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
Schngjder and Threinen

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "RIDGECREST 2ND ADDITION" FOR
NICK LOSCHEIDER (A-774)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
"Ridgecrest 2nd Addition";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following conditions to be
met prior to filing the Final Plat with Hennepin County:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance
. with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by
the City Engineer.
4. Compliance with the City Street Naming Policy as verified by the
Building Official.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
falJowing voted in £3vor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
