Pursuant to due call and notice thenef, a special meeting of the City Oouncil of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held rn the 22nd day of February 1982.

Qouncilmember Schneider irit raduoed the following Resolution and moved its
adoptAan:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 79
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "RIDGECREST 2ND ADDITION" FOR NICK
LOSCHEIDER (A-774)
WHEREAS, Nick Loscheider has requested approval of the Final Plat for "Ridgecrest 2nd
Addition", a plat for twelve single-family lots located southwest of 30th Avenue
North and Orleans Lane and a Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval; and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Nick Loscheider for
Final Plat approval of "Ridgecrest 2nd Addition" for twelve single family lots
located southwest of 30th Avenue North and Orleans Lane;
FURTHER, that the Development Gontract for said plat be approved and the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion ixw adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seoonded by
Cguncilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being tam Uterean, the
tOUOwiM voted in favor hereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
