the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, Was held ontie 22nd day of February . 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-77
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT MR "AMHURST 3RD ADDITION"
FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES (79046)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
"Amhurst 3rd Addition" as requested by Hans Hagen Homes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINN]'SOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of
said plat:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. All applicable conditions of Resolution No. 79-544 shall be carried
10 forward for this development.
3. Compliance with Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding the filing of
covenants and other documents governing control and maintenance of common
areas.
The motion for adaption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
o n i member Threinenereoo , and upon vote being talo thereon, the
tol owing votedin r Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly .
