Ptwsuant bo due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held an the ZZnd day of February - 19 82

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Iaesolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUrICN NO. 82-71
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR DANA C'.ORPORATION (SPICER DIVISION) AT SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
VICKSBURG LANE AND HIGHWAY 55 (81067)
HiEREAS, Dana Corporation has requestd approval of a site plan for an industrial
manufacturing facility to be located in the southwest corner of Vicksburg Lane and
Highway 55, and;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMaJTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Dana Corporation for
site plan approval for a manufacturing facility to be located at the southwest corner
of Vicksburg Lane and Highway 55 subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of building permit issuance.
3. Provision for a 30 -ft. wide trail easement along the west side of Vicksburg
Lane, as verified by the Parks and Engineering Departments, with submittal
of detailed plans as to construction of the trail per City Standards.
4. Compliance with City Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor
elevations for new structures and subdivisions, or on sites adjacent to or
containing any open storm water drainage facility.
5. Submission of required financial guarantee for completion of the site
improvements termed for 24 -months.
6. Any future expansion shall be subject to Ordinance plan review requirements
and parking requirements.

'' • 7. Final Plat for "Spicer Addition" shall be filed with Hennepin County prior
to issuance of building permits; partial permits for construction of footings
and foundation to grade may be issued prior to filing.
S. Any above -ground fuel storage or dispensing facilities shall he represented
on the Site Plan and be approved by the Planning Commission prior to Issuance
of permits for such facilities.
9. Outside storage of materials and merchandise is prohibited unless specifi-
cally approved in accordance with Ordinance conditional use requirements.
10. Trash disposal facilities shall be within the building per the approved
plans; and there shall be no outside trash disposal facilities unless
plans ar approved by the City.

Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken t
