Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of February . 19 82
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The fo owing members were absent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 92-70
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "SPICER ADDITION" FOR DANA
CORPORATION (81054)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
"Spicer Addition" as requested by Dana Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of
said plat:
10 1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. A 30 -ft. wide easement shall he provided alonq the west side of Vicksburg
Lane, and Outiot A shall be deeded to the City for trail purposes.
3. No building permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and rec-
orded with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor avenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
Schnieder and Threinen
The following voted aga3 nst or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
