Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-68
SE`IT M CONDITIal TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
NOMMEAST OF PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD AND 37TH AVENUE NORTH (81073)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land northeast
of Plymouth Boulevard and 37th Avenue North from FRD (future restricted development)
District to R-4 (high density multiple family) District for a Residential Planned
Unit DPvelopaent for Frank Larsen, Plymouth Hills Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF PLYMWM,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following to be met prior to
publication of said Ordinance;
3.n accordance with provisions of Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance,
said Ordinance shall not be published and made effective until the Final
Plat and Plan has been approved for the Residential Planned Unit
Development for Frank Larsen, Plymouth Hills Company known as
"Plymouth Hills 4th Addition".
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and tpon vote being taken thereon, the
follawiM voted- in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
