Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 65
APPROVAL OF SUNDAY SALE LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for a Sunday Sale Liquor License has been
received by the City from John P. Muchulas for J. P. Mulligans, 3005
Harbor Lane, in accordance with Chapter XII, Section 1200.21,
Subdivision 2, Plymouth City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Sunday Sale Liquor License
be approved for J. P. Mulligans for a period effective February 2,
1982 through January 31, 1983.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the followin
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and s opted.
