Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
move2 its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-50
DIRECTING AMENDMENT TO PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
PROJECT NO. 205
WHEREAS, a preliminary engineering report has been prepared showing the proposed
improvements to County Road 61 from 26th Avenue to West Medicine Lake Drive;
and
WHEREAS, the further extension of County Road 61 to County Road 9 requires
substantial quantities of fill material; and
WHEREAS, fill material may be available within the alignment of County Road 61
as contained within the preliminary engineering report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the consulting e!igineer for the project is directed to prepare
an amendment to the preliminary engineering report showing feasible locations
that fill material for the extension of County Road 61 may be obtained.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In avor ereo Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Moen, Schneider and Threinen
The following vote against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
