Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
isth day of January , 19 82. The following members were
present:Maxor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt. Moen. Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
founcilmember_Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moveditsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-48
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
NATHAN TRAILS ADDITION (A-698)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated May 15, 1978,
Meadow Corporation, developer of Nathan Trails Addition (A-698),
has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit which was previously reduced to $13,400 be further reduced
to $8,000 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter is
accepted as of January 18, 1982 for continual maintenance subject to the one year
guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
