Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he -7d on the V

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-45
CERTIFYING THE APPRAISAL AMOUNT OF AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT FOR
ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY REOUIRED FOR
MINNESOTA STATE HIGHWAY 55 AND CSA HIGHWAY 15 INTERSECTION
PROJECT NO. 024
WHEREAS, there will be Federal participation in the construction of this
project and, therefore, the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property
Acquisition Act of 1979, Public Law 91-646, must be adhered to; and
WHEREAS, said act requires that the city obtain an appraisal, certify the amount
of the appraisal and offer the property owner the amount of the appraisal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the appraised values provided by 0. J. Janski & Asso-
ciates, Inc. for the eight parcels )f land involved are hereby certified and
payment of appraised amounts authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City cost of the project be allocated from the
following funds:
M.S.A. $160,000
Utility Trunk $15,000
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
oun ilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
