Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on�t�e-^18th day of January
. 19 82 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Counci me ers
U0 Moen, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-41
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR R. JOHNSON CONSTRUCTION AND
DEVELOPMENT, INC. (A-682)
WHEREAS, a site plan for R. Johnson Construction and Development, Iiu. was approved.
for development at Nathan Lane and 10th Avenue North under City Council Resolution
no. 76-582 and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted a bond as a site performance guarantee in the
amount of $115,567.50; and,
WHEREAS, under City Council Resolution no. 79-824 the bond was reduced to the
amount of $10,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon request of the developer City staff has inspected said site and
so
recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the site per-
formance bond no. 400FB3752 in the amount of $115,567.50 which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for the R. Johnson Construction and Development, Inc.
at Nathan Lane and 10th Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o owing
voted in favor thereof:—Mayor avenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider
and Threinen
