Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-40
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
DNR TRAILHEAD AREA WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 209
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81-871 of the City Council, adopted the 21st day of
December 1981, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to DNR Trailhead
Area watermain improvements; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of watermain and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was theld thereon the 18th day
of January 1982, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted December 21, 1981.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated
as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
3. That the City cost of the improvement be paid from the Utility
Trunk Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
