Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he—Td on the
18th day of January , 19 82. The following members were
present: Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Moen Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Qouncilmem er Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-39
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
NATHAN LANE FROM 45TH AVENUE TO HAMEL ROAD - PROJECT NO. 206
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81-820 of the City Council, adopted the 7th day of
December 1981, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improve-
ment of Nathan Lane from 45th Avenue to Hamel Road; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of bituminous street
surfacing with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary 'appur-
tenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 18th day
of January 1982, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted December 7, 1981.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Andelik & Associates is hereby designated as
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
3. That the City cost of the improvement be paid from the M.S.A. Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�ouncitier Threinenand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
d Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.—
