CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tTie 4th day of January ,
19 82The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Counci members
-MYt, Moen, Schneider, and Threinen
The following mem ers were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-33
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO THE ELM CREEK WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation District for 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Vern Peterson is hereby appointed as Director and
Fred Moore as Alternate Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation District
for a term expiring January 31, 1983;
AND, FURTHER, that Councilmember James Threinen is named as Council
Coordinating Representative to the District for 1982.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: ayor avenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
Schneider, and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ands opted.
