Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tTie 4th day of January ,
19 82 The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Counci mem ers
Hoyt, Moen, Schneider, and Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-32
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO THE BASSETT CREEK FLOOD CONTROL COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission for 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Sherman Goldberg is hereby appointed as Director
and Fred Moore as Alternate Director to the Bassett Creek Flood Control
Commission for a term expiring January 31, 1982;
AND, FURTHER, that Councilmember Patricia Hoyt is named as Council
Coordinating Representative to the Commission for 1982.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing ?esolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
01 Schneider, and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and sdopted.
