Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
4th day of January 19 82 . The following mgmbers
were present:Mayor Davenport, ounce I me ers oyt—,lfd'en, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent. none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 27
DESIGNATING CITY HEALTH OFFICER FOR 1982
WHEREAS, State Statute requires that a Health Officer for the City of Plymouth
be appointed for the year 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Dr. Thomas Mayer, 3007 Harbor Lane, Plymouth be
appointed to act as Health Officer for the City of Plymouth for 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing.Resolution was duly seconded by
Coundilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Moen Schneider and Thr ine
The following voted against ora stained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
