Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
4th day of January , 19 82 . The following Members

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 26
RATIFYING SURETY AND BLANKET BONDS FOR CITY EMPLOYEES FOR 1982
WHEREAS, surety bonds for certain City employees and a general bond covering
all City employees are required for 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that surety bonds insuring the integrity and honest
performance of duties by the following named employees in the amounts set
forth are hereby ratified and confirmed for the year 1982:
City Manager $50,000
Finance Director 50,000
Assessor 500
City Clerk 500
General Bond covering
all City employees 5,000
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Moen SQhnpider anej lhrpinpn
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
