Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held o— n tFe-4th day of January ,
19 82 The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
-Hoyt, Moen, Schneider, and Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-24
APPOINTING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR 1982
WHEREAS, Chapter II, Section 200.03(3) of the City Code provides that the
Council shall designate the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth for
the year 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the New Hope -Plymouth Post is hereby appointed as
the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth for 1982.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo lowing
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider
and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ;nd s opted.
