Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held -on the
4th day of Januar , 19 82 . The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Roen, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: -none
MayorDaven ort introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-23
APPOINTING ACTING MAYOR FOR 1982
WHEREAS, Chapter II, Section 200.03.(3) of the City Code provides that
the Council shall choose an Acting Mayor from among the members of the
Council at the first regular meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Councilmember Schneider is hereby
appointed to act as Acting Mayor for the Plymouth City Council during
the year 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof:. Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt,
Moen and Threinen
