Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rhe ul�ar___ meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on a 4th day of January ,
19 82 The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Moen, Schneider and Threinen
10 The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the follGaing Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-20
APPROVING WINE LICENSE FOR LATUFF'S PIZZERIA
WHEREAS, Michael J. Latuff has requested the renewal of a Wine License
for Latuff's Pizzeria, Inc., 11333 Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Latuff has met the requirements of Chapter XII,
Subdivision 3 of the Plymouth City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Council does hereby approve the renewal
of a Wine License for Latuff's Pizzeria effective February 1, 1982
to expire January 31, 1983.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: ayor avenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider
and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and sdopted.
