Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was heldd on—e 4th day of Januar ,
19 82. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Counci mem ers _

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-19
APPROVAL OF SUNDAY SALE LTOUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Sunday Sale Liquor Licenses
have been received by the City from:
Radisson Inn Plymouth
2705 Annapolis Lane
Plymouth, MN 55441
Holiday Inn Plymouth
3000 Harbor Lane N.
Plymouth, MN 55441
in accordance with Chapter XII, Section 1200.21, Subdivision 2,
Plymouth City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Sunday Sale Liquor Licenses be
approved for the Radisson Inn Plymouth, Holiday Inn Plymouth, and
Latuff's Pizzeria for a period effective from February 1, 1982
through January 31, 1983.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo lowing
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen, Schneider
and Threinen
The fallowing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and s opted.
